For sale - VW 1600 Beetle 1974 Restored Cal-Look Prestige, EUR 3500

Welcome to the Auction of my 1974 left hand drive Beetle.

This French imported Beetle was in excellent Rust Free Condition when purchased but the paint and upholstery had seen better days.

So now my VW Beetle has been Fully Restored, Resprayed and painted in VW Alpine White using Standox 2K paint in cal-look style by the following

The engine is a reconditioned 1600cc AD code with a new 009 distributor, HT Leads, Spark Plugs, Battery, Oil etc.

All the brake system has been overhauled with new shoes, wheel cylinders, flexi hoses and copper pipes fitted.

The Beetle is fitted with custom rear white light lenses and the head lights have had RHD UK light lenses fitted with LED side lights.
(The LHD light lenses will be given to buyer for European use)

The interior upholstery has been fabricated in a nice grey and black draylon with GTI front reclining tilt type, highback seats, new carpets have also been fitted in black to match.

The bug's exhaust system has been replaced with a Monza type muffler with 4 tail pipe outlets which gives a nice sound.

The front and rear suspension has been lowered and an adjustable front axle beam adjuster fitted.

The chassis and inner wheel arches have been undersealed to protect the Beetle from the British winters.

Everything works as it should on the Beetle and has been refurbished to a very high standard to give the Bug another 36 years of life.

There is no radio or aerial fitted as I am leaving this for the new owner to add there own personal ICE choice.

The Beetle was bought to take to our holiday home in Europe but due to changes in circumstances it is now up for sale.

This French registered Beetle has all its papers (Certificat D'Immatriculation)
